Kyndryl is a spin-off of (the GTS wing of) IBM. My employment got transferred from IBM to Kyndryl on 01-SEP-2021. At Kyndryl, I am responsible for leading project teams in delivering complex solutions to the client which uses services and offerings from across Service Lines for project, consulting and managed services by using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, agreement or contract. I have overall responsibility for managing the scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes integrating work breakdown structures, applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, financial risk and technical risk management. I am responsible for managing all project resources including vendors, sub-contractors, virtual teams and support resources where applicable. I am expected to ensure the optimal use of technical work products, reference architectures and service offering subject matter experts. I am also responsible for establishing an effective communications plan between the project teams and the client. I provide constant direction to the project team and regular project status updates to the client.
