We look to pursue opportunities in companies which are of at least $75 Mn in Sales and are either profitable or have a clear path to profitability. We prefer minority investments and look at primarily unlisted companies. Strategy - Significant minority, Corporate carveouts, Business incubation. PCGF-1.6 did a first close with only domestic investors in Aug-23 and has done it's debut investment in Dileep Crafts and a continuation close at $142 Mn in Apr-24.Genesis: Phi was conceived with transformation of the Royal Enfield in 2005.
