My responsibilities include regular customer meetings, addressing queries, and solving manufacturing/design issues. I am also responsible for preparing documentation and scheduling delivery dates that are convenient for both the client and my team.

Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I have managed to maintain a routine while working from home for the past two years to support clients in the US and UK. I have worked day and night to manage timely deliverables and have learned new skills and tools along the way.

Gained experience in engineering fundamentals, including projects related to gears, gearboxes, 2D structural and PCR layouts, and reverse engineering using tools such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD, Solid edge and PTC Creo.
