Arvind Kumbhar is a IT Manager - Infrastructure at Fermenta Biotech Limited. Colleagues describe him as "Though I didn't report to Arvind Sir, but he always considered me as a part of his team. He inspired and helped me to gain the knowledge to excel not only in my job but also in my career. I am thankful to him for helping me and considering all team members as one big family with his Motto "We are family and no one should be left behind" has become an integral part of our team work culture, I really miss those informal lunch team meetings were we discussed and shared our knowledge whilst breaking bread. He is an excellent team player and a great mentor when it comes to imparting skills and team management.
