Tests consist of Data uplink & Downlink, Ping test, Handovers checking, Attached & detached. • Analysis of site performance after integration through drive test measurement & KPI’s, also analyze the cause for the KPI degradation• Experience in Nokia radio network performance and parameter optimization for 2G & LTE. • Physical parameter verification of new site as per planning data base. • Monitoring RSRP,RSRQ & SINR parameter and perform physical & soft optimization activity to improve coverage around the sites. • Daily basis tracking and checking the radio parameters & KPI’s like Data & Voice Traffic, RRC,ERAB,PS Drop, DL UL throughput, HOSR,RSSI, packet loss etc. • Fetching & analyzing various report to check cause for KPI degradation & perform optimization accordingly. • Daily basis review with teams & support to fix the issues to achieved KPI’s threshold values. • Monitor 2G KPI’s of newly integrated site/Sectors, analyze cause of KPI degradation and perform soft & physical optimization accordingly. • Perform TRX grow for TCH blocking in SBTS as well as BSC for 2G sites.

• Performed 2G, UMTS,LTE drive testing using TEMP’S, NEMO,AZQ software. • LTE Speed testing (stationary and mobility throughput testing), mobility handover testing. • Performed stationary test at the cell sites to check/verify the throughput (DL/UL). • Drive Test & Optimization Includes Checking the Signal Strength and Quality of Service. • Used MAPINFO tool to create drive routes around cellular site for performing drive testing. • Attended Customers' complaint analysis and resolutions. • Responsible for troubleshooting all types of drive tests, coordinating with other drive team members and set up driving tools with all kinds of scenarios. • Optimizing 2G UMTS & LTE sites to reduce drops, Improve Inter frequency handover, RRC & RAB establishment success rate. • Post optimization presenting pre-post comparison to a client.
