In the roles assigned to me, I have been recognized as being instrumental in demonstrating growth, profit and business optimization in short timelines across the roles & organizations I have worked with. Prior to ANZ and at Arrows Group, I was entrusted with the responsibility of creating a GIC for the company that caters to the client facing offices in Europe, and delivers to over a dozen countries across Europe and AsiaIn my earlier assignments, I was appointed to set-up TA shared services for the technology arm of HCL, where the team delivered to the Talent strategy for the GEO at scale. Before this stint, I was associated with Accenture and led two assignments in my tenure. Network Operations EngineerReliance Infocomm Oct 2004 - Jul 2006Chennai Area, IndiaI was hired as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and was placed in the Enterprise Solutions team that caters to data connectivity under the wireless construct of the delivery team. In its entirety, the team was largely split as wire-line and wire-less, both functions reported to the Circle head. I was reporting into the Wireless lead and the team consisted of about 25 people. In the first year, I was the sole person responsible for the technical study of sites across Chennai and ROTN (Tamil Nadu) circle. I had a 2 month On-the-job training that followed an assigned list of clients who needed data connectivity, but lacked the physical presence of a wire-line solution i.e. Fiber Optics. My job was to find the best technical alternative to provide a wire-less solution that supports the client needs in terms of bandwidth and the organisation needs, in terms of ensuring ROI. By the end of my tenure at Reliance, I was acting independently in my role by not only bringing in technical feasibility reports, but also potential customers for future servicing. This led my Circle lead to integrate me with the Sales team to offer pre-sales technical solutions onsite from day one. To me personally, this was a testament of the technical know-how and relationship skills that emerged from my first job.At the time of leaving, I had one reportee and had installed over 100 sites for multiple clients.
