Launched a GenAI Strategy Service Wipro lacked a unified corporate GenAI strategy and a new customer facing program. Result: launched ZeroAD, a GenAI innovation service with early customers/revenue. Internally developed and won BOD approval for Wipro's GenAI Strategy.3. Led the relaunch of Wipro's 15M$ Incubation Fund towards Emerging technology ideas. Wipro needed investments in GenAI platforms and products. Led the relaunch of wipro's incubator. Result: Incubator launched with 15 seed ideas being currently funded 4. Launched an Emerging Technologies Research Ecosystem Wipro aimed to enhance its knowledge and thought leadership in emerging technologies. Published 35 business research papers on emerging technologies, and formed partnerships with UC Berkeley. Result: Predicted early insights such as AI Copilots and achieved 40,000 readers in year1.5. Launched a GenAI Podcast that got promoted by HBS. Wipro aimed to build networks with high profile academics, industry experts and thought leaders. Launched a GenAI podcast (22 episodes in Season 1) available in all online platforms. Guests included Guy Kawasaki, Seth Godin, Open AI, etc Result: Achieved 15000 listeners in 8 weeks with 50% retention rate.
