Managed and improved BMC’s end-to-end Campaign Management process using Eloqua, Salesforce and AEM. This included business processes, campaign design and management in support of Demand Marketing campaign creation. Detailed responsibilities were to:• Manage and optimize end-to-end campaign management process, technical architecture and data flow.• Work with stakeholders across Marketing to plan and execute campaigns.• Manage customer segmentation, lead nurture and scoring programs. • Create and optimize form landing pages in AEM. Troubleshoot platform issues.• Manage data accuracy and completeness. • Enhance MAP’s capability to support campaign operations using 3rd party apps & connectors.• Create and maintain process documents, SOPs & data schema documents.• Work with vendors/partners for the upkeep of the platforms, to manage upgrades and resolve technical issues.• Manage resources in India and US to run day-to-day operations.

Worked as Campaign Management SME to support multi-channel campaign management and marketing automation projects. Key responsibilities included:• Consult and understand client’s campaign landscape, explore technical and business challenges.• Design solutions based on Adobe Campaign and other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.• Participate in client calls/demos/workshops to present solutions to the customer.• Implement MAP, Integrate with 3rd party apps, set up data schemas, set up personalization and offer engine, design campaign assets, technical workflows.• Functional and technical specs design, RFP responses, database documents, procedure manuals.• Training of the delivery teams on Adobe Campaign and other MAPs.

As part of Corporate Marketing team, I was responsible for Lead Generation and Brand Promotion of CPA Global's products and service across the globe. Key responsibilities included:• Manage Email campaigns, Segmentation, Analytics and reporting using Eloqua.• Manage lead nurture and scoring programs. Eloqua & Salesforce integration.• Track campaign effectiveness and report results to stakeholders. • Content management and SEO for the corporate website. • PPC campaigns on Google AdWords & LinkedIn advertising.• Social media campaigns to generate brand awareness.• Manage a resource. Worked with vendors to support Campaign management and Website.

Joined CPA Global as Assistant Manager - Online Marketing and was responsible for Lead Generation and Brand Promotion of CPA Global's products and services across the globe using the above mentioned digital marketing activities. I got promoted to Manager - Online Marketing in August 2014 and continued to deliver digital marketing services to CPA Global with a more strategic focus and additional people management responsibilities.

Was responsible for marketing of Engineering simulation software products (NISA Softwares and ETA) of CAE R&D Division of Cranes Software across the globe. Key responsibilities included:• Planning and execution of events across APAC region.• Work with Sales to build a strong marketing plan for the region. • Run email marketing campaigns to generate leads and event attendances. • Produce marketing collaterals.
