Projects: New Oncology Center & New IKEA Store Project @ Bahrain• Supervise 21 project employees, including in-house, external contractors, and sub-contractors• Attend meetings and discuss project details with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers.• Trained two new employees in a supervisory capacity to take over similar projects and aid company expansion.• Supervised and executed the works as per drawings, contract specifications, project quality standards.• Challenged & delivered a section of the building by completing the civil works in a targeted date to provide work front to mechanical contractor therefore to avoid project delay and penalty charges.• Delegated assignments to sub-ordinates and coordinate with them to ensure the work progress is running according to schedule.• Recording and reporting the progress of sub-contractors in terms of manpower, work output, quality, safety.• Reviewed purchase order and sub-contract drafting according to specifications, ensured compliance with all project QA procedures and requirements.

Project: 2x660MW Super Critical Thermal Power plant @ Nellore, Andhra Pradesh• Executed BTG structures including Main power house, STG foundation and top deck, Transformer yard, ESP control rooms, Central control building, Generator building, PA/FD/ID Fan foundations and Duct supports.• Spearheaded the execution of 2 units of STG top deck (20m high) 1200 CBM of temperature control single pour concrete casting in 18 hours without the reflection of cold joints, honeycomb, surface shrinkage cracks.• Performed 6 units of spring mounted fan foundations with +/- 2mm accuracy without any cracks and defects while jacked/lifted and placed over Kerb springs as per targeted schedule and avoided penalty charges.• Prioritized the work & delegated to sub-ordinate team comprises of 10 members as per weekly target. • Supervised and executed the works as per drawings, contract specifications, project quality standards.• Completed Job Hazard Assessments to identify any hazards related to job tasks and applied safety mitigation techniques to lower risks• Wrote weekly quantity reports for concrete, steel and earth works and reported to quantity surveyor for interim bills and to produce reconciliation report.

Project: ELCOT IT Park (SEZ) @ Hosur, Tamilnadu• Executed 4 storey Administration building along with internal roads, compound wall, storm water drain, cable ducts with planned productivity and accuracy.• Planned and scheduled daily works and directed labours to achieve the milestone in targeted date.• Closely monitored the works and reduced the wastages of materials by shuffling the materials in well-mannered way without affecting the planned schedule. • Prepared daily & weekly progress reports, daily labour report and forward to quantity surveyor for monthly interim bill. • Quantity takeoff for Administration building, Roads, Drains & Ducts, Culverts, Sewage treatment plant, Overhead tank with revised drawings and submitted to client for amending of contract.• Prepared joint measurements for various works including the blasted HDR and SDR and submitted a report on quarterly basis.
