Architecture is a dynamic field that is constantly evolving and rapidly expanding. I am highly passionate about architecture.I have devoted my life to continuously learning through education, training, and working in multiple corporate environments. I am fortunate enough to have worked with various companies to help streamline their operations. My basic responsibilities include planning, designing and presenting drawings of developments ranging from residential to commercial. Currently working in an outsourcing firm with clients based in Canada, I am well aware with trends and requirements in both India and Canada. I work on commercial projects like restaurants, plazas, hotels etc, residential projects like apartments, townhouses, private residences, etc, institutional projects like Churches, Temples etc, as well as mixed use development, right from basic planning, to designing in 3D model space. The work I do needs to be, and is, detail oriented, including, but not limited to:Building Elevations: Providing aesthetic aspects, facade treatment as per environmental conditions or personalized requirements.Building Section: Including wall sections and details such as the various layers of load bearing and partition walls etc.Additionally, I am bi-lingual in Hindi and English. I have practical experience in overseeing on-site construction and proficiency in software such as AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop etc, adhering to architecture. My skill set also includes various Microsoft software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Personally, I am a good team leader, flexible ( with respect to timings, work environment, location etc)and believe in team work.
