Genseq is a personalized genomics company with provides family tree based health history services, genealogy, personalized genotyping and genome sequencing. My tasks include microarray panel designing, data curation, genotype data processing, genotype based disease risk prediction and Ancestry, ethnicity analysis based on autosomal SNPs, genotyping pipeline automation, synchronizing internal databases with public databases and data validation. Also do web development for the front end of the genotype reports
