- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.- Identify training needs for employees, create training programs, conduct training sessions, measure training effectiveness, update training materials, align training with organizational goals, maintain training records.- Handle external training providers to ensure the best content is delivered.- Train university students in cooperative training within the company.- Communicate with HRDF to open training programs for graduates for on-the-job training.- Providing reports to senior management on HR performance and recommendations for improvement.- Assisting in addressing employee complaints and issues.- Coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.- Following up on any HR-related matters for employees, including updating employee records (leave, attendance, new requests), arranging transportation and accommodation bookings, travel requests, user IDs, and email accounts.- Storing and organizing employee records, including resumes, contracts, and performance files. - Managing databases and file management.- Organizing activities to enhance team spirit and improve relationships within the company. - Using internal systems (Jisr, Exel) to process various requests.- Working with government systems (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Medical Insurance).

- Managing commissioned work for GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem.- Proofreading various HR-related documents, including employment contracts, contract extensions, and certificates. - Processing annual leave documents, resignation processes, clearance documents, payroll, and final settlements. -Coordinating daily employee requests for medical insurance additions and deletions, as well as Iqama renewals.
