• Supervise all clinical department supervisors. Work with program managers & clinical department supervisors to implement & monitor all programs & services. Ensure all programs & services are evidence-based & consistent with Treatment Philosophy. Keep informed about relevant research developments & apply new findings, as appropriate. • Review intake files & make recommendations regarding appropriateness for agency programs/services. Assist to resolve employee disputes & family concerns. Support Program Managers & Clinical Supervisors to make decisions regarding staff disciplinary actions.• Utilize the expertise of the leadership team to address issues/concerns & work towards identified agency goals; bring forward a decision or plan of action to the Executive Director. Coordinate the development of program budgets & make recommendations regarding budgetary priorities.• Identify & take steps to mitigate potential risks to the agency & the services provided; stay abreast of pertinent provincial legislation to ensure compliance. Coordinate preparation of Annual Outcome Reports in collaboration with program managers. Review Policies & Procedures & make recommendations when revisions or new policies/procedures are required. Collaborate with clinical department supervisors & program managers to develop, review & revise the materials & processes used for internal staff training, parent skill enhancement & community education. • Act as a liaison with the Contract & Procurement Specialist with respect to clinical/programming matters. Maintain community contacts through information exchange, committee representation, etc. Attend Strategic Partners meetings & participate on working groups. • Be aware of opportunities & unmet needs in the community; make recommendations to the Executive Director regarding program expansion & clinical resource utilization. Coordinate the development of Requests for Proposal, tender documents, as well as grant & research proposals.
