Geotechnical representative of DMLZ panel cave mine with 80Ktpd ore production from a massive rockmass and highly stressed environment. Current depth is at 1,600m below surface.• Perform face mapping to ensure the ground condition and provide input in the ground support calculation• Investigate any geotechnical issues and damage progression over mine operation, provide report and recommendation to clients• Maintain the drift stability and ground deformation through comprehensive ground monitoring system from 3D laser scan, mpbx extensometer, tape convergence, smart cable, and borehole camera• Create geotechnical drawing, ground support calculation, design, and ground support inspection for development drifts to comply with Ground Support Management Plan (GCMP)• Create geotechnical drilling plan for cave monitoring system, open hole, cave tracker system, and borehole camera• Cave shape interpretation using cave monitoring data, seismicity, and HOD increment to maintain proper cave propagation, air gap, and material flow• Perform geotechnical analysis using 2D and 3D numerical model software to support the analysis and geotechnical review of Caving Management Plan (CMP)• Review the mine scale seismic events and its correlation with mining activity to establish working protocols to manage seismic hazard and risk• Lead and supervise 6 technicians to support regular data collecting

• Perform rock mechanics lab test including non-destructive test and destructive test (triaxial, uniaxial compressive strength test (UCS), indirect-direct shear strength test, point load index, and brazillian test) to determine intact rock strength and rock mass characteristics• Provide report and assessment of intact rock mass strength and rock mass characteristics to clients

• Learn business process of drill and blast department• Review and supervise daily blasting plan and activity• Provide technical report of fragmentation assessment using Kuz-Ram Empirical theory and Split Desktop software to determine proper burden, spacing design, and optimum blasting pattern to achieve the desirable fragmentation
