I am a student at Multimedia University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology and computer science with a focus on artificial intelligence. I am passionate about learning and applying AI techniques to solve real-world problems and enhance business outcomes. I have completed the AI4I® – Literacy in AI certification issued by AI Singapore, which demonstrates my foundational knowledge and skills in AI concepts, applications, and ethics.I have also gained valuable hands-on experience in IT and network support during my four-month internship at JK Schelkis, a leading computer software company. There, I was responsible for installing and configuring computer software, network, and printer, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, providing technical support onsite, setting up accounts for new users, and training the junior staff. I also completed an animated video for the company's marketing purposes, and advised the organization on how to improve its IT usage by suggesting the use of virtual databases instead of physical databases. I was able to showcase my problem-solving, programming, and communication skills, as well as my attention to detail and dedication to quality.In addition, I have a background in logistics, as I worked as a logistics coordinator at Aero Eagle Sdn Bhd, a prominent transport and freight company, for over a year. There, I handled customer inquiries, shipping arrangements, transport providers, and service quality, ensuring prompt and proper movement of shipments. I learned how to coordinate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders, and how to optimize the supply chain processes and operations.I am eager to join a company that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, and that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
