Duties/Responsibilities:• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.• Organize, supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping team members on a daily basis to ensure proper cleaning of the factory and its premises.• Execute day-to-day HR-related activities like monitoring attendance and leaves.• Assist in organizing, coordinating, and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and seminars.• Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews• Maintaining internal payroll software & attendance software• Update, maintain, process & manually modify payroll records on daily basis• Collecting, calculating and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information• Prepare daily attendance report and submit to HR & factory head• Prepare monthly workers & stuffs wages sheet and generate salary sheet and pay slip from payroll software• Prepare Daily/Monthly OT & Salary Report• Ensure timely salary disbursement, on-time employee appraisal, confirmation, etc.• Check, calculate and verify all final settlements & maternity calculations• Assist in processing multiple companies of group wages and salary as per pay policies, including monthly salary, variable pay, allowances, bonuses, increment adjustments, etc.• Liaising with staffs and workers about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records• Facing HR- compliance audits and providing all kinds of payroll-related documents according to company and local law regulationsAudit/Buyer Handling Experience: • Experience in various social compliance audits, quality audits, & safety audits.• Experience in working as per world-famous buyer requirements: H&M, Primark, Best Seller, Big-W, Walmart, etc. • Experience in working with various third-party Party organizations: Intertek, SGS, BV,BGMEA, Simple Approach, etc.• Audit Experience: Accord/Alliance, BSCI, OEKO-TEX, SEDEX, ISO, GOTS, RCS, C-TPAT, WRAP, Better Work, etc.
