Snapshot Of Responsibilities* Recognizing that the context within which people work (e.g. the organization structure, reward/compensation systems, leadership, their teams, and culture) & utilize these levers to achieve desired results and engagement while helping people to adopt any associated changes.* Manage end to end employee lifecycle - offer to exit.* Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.* Manage and resolve employee relations issues.* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.* Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
