I have worked here as business Analyst trainee and my job role was evaluation of Purchase request for – Capitalbiomedical equipment, Non-Medical, IT and surgical steel instruments. Obtain PTC request approval from Purchase technical committeemembers.Coordinate and follow up with purchase, stores, and technicaldepartments for purchase and on time delivery of approved items.Equipment Utilization and revenue Analysis Responsible for updating the Amrita weaver -purchase module.Responsible for Maintaining the PTC MIS.Coordinate with purchase for release of urgent /critical items PO within24 hours. Participate and present various purchase request analysis in purchasetechnical committee meeting headed by Medical Director. Support Manager-NPI in resolving inter departmental disputes betweenPTC, purchase, Biomedical and Stores.Responsible for arranging equipments for various statutory bodyinspections.Support user training of Amrita weaver.Assist Purchase officer in Creation of Payment advise, if required. Performs other duties incidental to work described above as assigned byReporting Officer, PTC Members.Coordinate with Biomedical and contribute to Monthly MIS submissionto management.Assist in Lab MOU preparation.
