More than ten years of experience in Design and Construction including both production and coordination in a variety of project sizes and types including Residential, Commercials, Institutional whether architectural design, construction, or interior design. Strong working experience of AutoCAD and Revit (Architecture, Structure, Mechanical and Electrical) Develop 2D/3D dimensional models and presentation aligned with project LOD requirements and modeling standards. Prepare the Engineering Drawings from the model that comprises basic arrangements, layout, profiles, sections, etc. Prepare BIM Package submissions in accordance with project standards and requirements. Working knowledge of Quantification, Estimation and Construction Scheduling. Conduct Clash Detection and visual walk troughs. Prepare models and reports for manufacturing purposes or constructability analysis. Working knowledge of Ontario Building Code (Part 3 and Part 9) Excellent Planning and Organization Skills required for fast-paced projects.
