1. Develop new customers-------use all kinds of B2B network platforms to promote our products and attract customers’ interest and inquiry. :）2. Arrange the sample list--------For new customers who need to test the samples, ☆first I need to find out which product standard they are using. ☆Second, recommend some products which meet their market requirements. ☆Then if the customer is interested, tell me product model, I will arrange samples ASAP. :）3. Arrange the order--------☆Before the customer places an order, I need to confirm these things with my customer, for example: confirm the delivery date, payment method, transportation method, order requirement etc. ☆After the customer places an order, arrange the manufacturer order to purchase department. Timely production confirmation of products with our production worker and related departments, including scheduling, sampling of raw materials, full inspection of products, production lead time, inspection and so on. ☆we can provide our customers with a guaranteed delivery time. :）4. Maintain relationship witch old customers-------☆After the customer places an order, understand the sales situation of the customer's products, communicate with the customer about the time of reordering, solve the customer's questions, and send a greeting to the customer during the holidays. ☆Recommend some new smart wifi switch and socket information to our customers. ☆Sometimes, I also can learn some new industry by our customers. My customer gives me many new ideas, I very appreciate them. :）5. Develop new markets and new products--------collect relevant product information and analyze industry market conditions. Provide some new Ideas about the product to our company. :）6. OEM&ODM project--------I have done ODM projects for customers before, my customers provide their Ideas, send samples to us, and we develop products that customers want according to customer requirements. :）
