I am an aspiring Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning professional passionate about applying data analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning to real-world challenges. My journey in the field began with hands-on roles in data management and automation, and I continue to grow through my academic work and professional experiences.I began my career as an ETL Developer at Guidehouse, where I designed and implemented ETL workflows using Azure ADF and SQL to streamline data processes and ensure data accuracy. A key achievement during my time there was working on a reverse engineering project for MR.COOPER, where I re-engineered their data warehouse using advanced SQL techniques, significantly improving their data architecture.At Accenture, I took on the role of Application Development Senior Analyst, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows, develop real-time dashboards, and deliver business insights through SQL Server, Power BI, and SSAS. I led a Proof of Concept (POC) for Row-Level Security (RLS) on SSAS, which improved security and reduced processing times.Currently, as a Business Development Representative at 401 Auto Group, I service customers through inbound and outbound calls, following communication scripts to identify customer needs and clarify information by asking the right questions. This role has taught me how to build sustainable customer relationships while maintaining detailed records of interactions. It has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills as I manage diverse customer inquiries and needs.I am pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Conestoga College, where I have worked on impactful projects such as an AI-driven mental health app and a real-time sign language detection system. These projects reflect my passion for AI/ML and my commitment to leveraging technology for real-world solutions.Through my experiences at Guidehouse, Accenture, and 401 Auto Group, I have developed a diverse skill set in data analytics, automation, and AI/ML, along with strong communication and relationship management abilities.
