Activities included in the field of HSE Management are as follows- Ensure the implementation of Company’s occupational health and safety management system, Environmental Policies, Regulations and its strict instructions. Comply the legal, statutory and mandatory requirements, HSE documentation and report management. Facilitate all accident and incident are properly investigated, documented and its investigation reports analysis for future prevention. Tracked and kept reports up to date for implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Participate in various scheduled and unscheduled Internal and external safety audits and ensure observations are addressed within the timelines. Compile non compliances and implement all requiredcorrective action in consultation with departmental heads. Risk assessment studies for different activities, hazard identification and coordinating its mitigation and follow-up for closure of CAPA for achieving zero accident and zero lost time injury. Execute the corrective actions and preventive actions to remove the unsafe working conditions. Ensure that all work performed complies fully with all applicable codes, regulations etc., as well as company designed standards & client requirements. Actively participate in the activities carried outregarding the safety in the concerned area and ensure safety monitoring in shifts. Prepare JSA and Method Statement etc.  Conducting several motivational programs in order to motivate the workers as well as employees. To enhance awareness of HSE, Conducting and implementation of various activities. For that conducting daily Tool Box Talk and various periodical Induction Training Programs  Develop emergency management at the site through mock drill, training, slogan and poster. Arranging Chlorine leakage arrest mock drill, Fire mock drill, rescue mock drill. Carrying out the safety committee meetings and record MOM.
