DUTIES & Responsibilities  Report to Director in Jakarta Head Office  Set up, evaluate & assess the HSE policy, HSE plan & HIRADC of the company  Certifying and implementing of OHSAS 18001:2007  Prepare & analyze internal QHSE training need and input to HRD  Ensure the implementation of weekly safety talk at head office, daily toolbox meeting at site, etc.  Conduct HSE inspection at site, office, subcontractor or vendor premise  Perform HSE statistic and report at Company level and Project level on a monthly basis  Identify Hazardous Situation associated with potential incident  Ensure HSE pre-Qualification (CSMS) for Tender  Preparation of QA/QC and HSE project document and procedure  QHSEMS document follow up, revision and implementation check and performance on Project and Office activities  Reporting to Top Management on the performance of QHSE Management System and any need for improvement  Reviewing and monitoring effectiveness of QHSE Management System  Conduct HSE Training and Awareness to all staff, include HSE Inductions  Organize QHSEMS Management Review Meeting  Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirement throughout the organization  Regular review and update of QHSEMS performance indicator and project or office QHSEMS monthly supporting document  Organization, performance and reporting of QHSEMS internal audit (project and office) and external audit (supplier, subcontractor)  Conduct HSE Audit and Inspection to CPI Work Areas

DUTIES & Responsibilities  Advise Client’s Top Management pertaining of QHSE Matters  Set up, evaluate & assess the HSE policy, HSE plan & HIRADC of the company  Take appropriate action to mitigate or eliminate unsafe condition, operation, or hazard.  Encourage everyone to stop unsafe job, speak up culture and provide enough space to hear HSE concern for workforce  Alter, suspend, evacuate or terminate activities that may pose immanent safety or health danger to the workers.  Support incident/ nearmiss investigation to reveal underlying root cause(s) and identify appropriate recommendation(s) to eliminate/reduce the hazard to ALARP  Coordinates with site supervisors, subcontractor’s supervisors and foreman for all site activities to ensure safe work.  Be continuous visible at work site and conduct daily inspection to ensure activity safe execution and take appropriate corrective actions, if needed.  Socialize HSE Promotions and Campaign
