Mentor: Prof. Bharat Lohani, Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Kanpur– Created segments and instances from raw point-cloud data to feed the neural network, using CloudCompare software– Used python scripts for various tasks (such as merging point cloud data) and studied about LiDAR simulator– Aim: To generate LiDAR sample point cloud data for training the deep learning models with maximum accuracy which will further be used in mappings through LiDAR and also for autonomous vehicles.
