Developed algorithms using Twitter API to predict COVID-19/flu density in each US State. Utilized sentiment analysis models and TF-IDF processing on over 1000 tweets (3 hours scraping)

Nationally competitive STEM program for high school students with exposure to Earth and space research; About 100 interns from around the world are accepted to learn how to interpret NASA satellite data while working with scientists and engineers in their chosen area of work. Monitored and analyzed the impact of COVID-19 on human activities using satellites under the guidance of astro-materials scientist Suzanne Foxworth.
