Associate Manager Of Subscriber Engagement
CurrentThrough my role as a Customer Support Associate on the Subscriber Management Services team, I assist Groundswell in expanding access to clean energy to underserved groups. Within my role, I engage directly with communities to guide low-to-moderate income households in enrolling in both Groundswell's SharePower community solar program and the Department of Energy and Environment's DC Solar for All program in order for them to receive assistance on their electric bills each month and experience lower energy burdens. Additionally, I work on developing our community engagement processes for customers and partners, event planning, subscriber acquisition and retention, data management, and reporting for Groundswell’s various community solar projects. I have also led out the development of Groundswell's in-house Customer Support center to offer Spanish assistance ensuring our services are widely accessible. Our team manages a subscriber base of over 5,000 DC and MD residents and I initiate direct outreach to individual subscribers every day to offer support, spread awareness of our programming, and grow the amount of communities we can positively impact.
