I am an experienced and passionate leader in the pickleball industry, with a focus on advancing operations, enhancing player experiences, and driving community engagement. My career has been defined by strategic business development, event management, and digital marketing, which I leverage to create successful programs and partnerships that elevate the sport.As the founder of Side Out Pickleball, my mission is to address the challenges faced by players and organizers in the current pickleball tournament landscape. I’ve reimagined how tournaments can better serve participants. I am dedicated to building long-lasting partnerships that provide greater value to players, sponsors, and the community at large.Alongside my entrepreneurial efforts, I serve as the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement at Lost Pines Pickleball Club. In this role, I have developed and implemented marketing strategies that led to a 25% increase in club membership and tournament participation. I have collaborated with local organizations to organize charity events and foster strong community ties, ensuring the club is an integral part of the local pickleball scene. I also manage digital campaigns that drive engagement across social media platforms, helping expand our audience and deepen our connection to pickleball enthusiasts.In addition to my work, I am a senior at Bastrop High School, where I have excelled academically with dual-credit courses at UT Austin and Baylor University (4.0 GPA). My leadership within school organizations, combined with my training in flight school as an aspiring commercial pilot, has honed my discipline, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex projects.I am currently seeking opportunities in the pickleball sector where I can apply my expertise and passion to further grow the sport, build innovative programs, and create lasting impacts in the pickleball community.
