• Responsible for managing events execution at IBM Indonesia as part of the Asia Pacific Event Marketing team.• Responsible for developing event strategy for Indonesia by providing data-driven event recommendations, designing experiences that enhance IBM brand, curating event content that resonates with the audience and driving the implementation of events and measurements tailored to maximise business impact by creating demand for IBM solutions.• Responsible for managing the IBM Global Event Process to ensure events are compliant and audit-ready following the process. • Accountable for driving the outcomes of Global Event Process compliance and event documentation accuracy while working with the country marketing leaders and field marketing managers to maximize event efficiency and outcomes.• Managing partnership with Indonesia marketing team to ensure event performance and ROI are proactively monitored.
