City Year, founded in 1988, is an education-focused nonprofit organization, that partners with high need public schools to provide full-time targeted student interventions. City Year, an AmeriCorps program, is a national service organization which unites young adults from diverse racial and economic backgrounds for a year of full-time service in high risk.

The ITS Help Desk is the technology center of the campus and supports all students, faculty, and staff across the campus. Technicians work with student and faculty computers over the phone and in person; deal with software and hardware issues on laptops and desktops; manage technical school-wide problems that occur; and work with customers on a day to day.
