I hold a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Engineering Management. Since 2016, I have been employed by Oghab Afshan Company while pursuing my Master's degree in Industrial Engineering. Initially, I worked in various departments, including warehousing and logistics, reception, and engineering, to familiarize myself with the organization's processes and engage in process improvement and re-engineering.In 2018, I re-engineered the traditional reception process and implemented a fully mechanized and up-to-date process using new software infrastructure to make the process paperless. In 2019, I improved the engineering unit's processes, the overall warranty process, and communication with representatives, taking a new step forward in technical communication with the launch of the technical reporting system for the company's after-sales services and warranty affairs.In 2020, I launched the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) unit and served as the head of the CRM and customer experience department until 2023. During this time, I also joined the Oghab Scania group, where I was selected as the head of marketing and sales of Scania services in Iran, and developed the service sales strategy. Additionally, I worked as a consultant in choosing an ERP system with Pars Ceram Company and as a business consultant with the technology-based company, Ideh Fanavaran, on a part-time basis.Throughout these years, I have always been engaged in learning modern sciences such as Business Process Management (BPM), process mining, and business intelligence. Since 2023, the three important units of the company, Customer Relationship Management, Fleet Management, and Representative Affairs, have been merged into a single unit called the Integrated Customer and Representative Services Department, and I have been chosen as its manager. I still consider self-improvement a priority and have started learning the German language.
