I began my career in the world of manufacturing - from the global commodities market to industrial production. Here, I got to apply my expertise and data-based logic to complex technical challenges. But I eventually realized that technology can't exist in a vacuum. To build tech solutions that work, you also need to understand people and business.I'd learn this lesson again and again as my career moved into the nonprofit sector and then to direct-to-consumer retail. My work evolved from customer facing to customer-centric technologies, of which Salesforce became a pillar in my work.Today, I lead a team of talented engineers with sharp business minds at Quantum Lead. Quantum Lead is a creative technology company that solves complex business challenges with data-driven, customer-centric solutions. As Registered Salesforce Partners, we work alongside direct-to-consumer retail brands and omnichannel retailers to grow customer acquisition and deliver a customer-centric experience.
