• CSR financial planning & report• Identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in CSR practices, and integrating sustainability principles into business operations• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, local communities, NGOs, and government agencies• Creating and executing CSR strategies aligned with the company's values, goals, and societal needs• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all CSR activities• Planning and executing CSR programs and initiatives, such as community development projects, and environmental sustainability efforts

• Assisted partners in drafting documents, research and analysis on a variety of topics, including case law, statutes, and regulatory requirements• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, memoranda, and correspondence• Attend meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as needed, and assist in preparing meeting agendas, materials, and summaries• Assist in the preparation of legal presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders

• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination between different divisions, departments, and teams within the organization• Facilitate regular meetings and discussions to exchange information, share updates, and address cross-functional issues or concerns• Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify areas for improvement in internal processes and workflows• Develop and implement strategies to optimize communication and collaboration among internal divisions, promoting a culture of transparency and teamwork
