Customer Service Specialist
Current- Comprehensive customer service (via phone and email).- Diagnosing and resolving complex customer issues. Collaborating with internal teams, including the technical and logistics departments, to ensure effective and timely resolution of challenging cases.- Managing the complaints process and handling returns in line with company policy, coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient execution and continuous communication with the customer at each stage.- Logging request histories and interaction details in the CRM system, enabling data consistency and supporting customer behavior analysis for personalized service.
