We aim to help connect people through events and experiences where they can get together to make friends and memories that last a lifetime.● Successfully pivoted the business multiple times to ride through the pandemic and after spending a year in the event and nightlife industry, rebranded the entire venture as Niteouts to make it more scalable and growth-oriented. This was done through an extensive deep dive into the business model of existing players in the market along with one-on-one interviews of venue managers and potential users.● Hired and led a fully-remote team of 10+● Hosted 100+ successful events since the inception in Delhi NCR working with brands like SOCIAL, Flow Brew & Dine, Ministry of Beer, Budweiser and more● Launched multiple successful marketing campaigns for all events with typical footfall of each event ranging from 80 to 500● Managed a tech team of 3 to launch a ticketing and event discovery platform. Currently working on launching the community platform - Zapho Club

Launched during the pandemic, we started as a simple Pub Crawl in Connaught Place, Delhi. The 50% capacity restrictions in Clubs & Bars along with the night curfew made us rethink our business model and we quickly pivoted post the 2nd wave to become an Event Management Company.We helped College Societies, Corporates and Families plan memorable parties through club reservations, farmhouse/ villa bookings and weekend getaways.In March 2022, I decided to pivot again and rebranded & relaunched Pub Crawlers Delhi as Niteouts.

Hosted over 100+ Clubhouse rooms to help and guide young entrepreneurs.My rooms covered a wide range of topics such as Basics of Startup Fundraising, Pitch Practice, Founder Interviews, Networking, Learning Resources and more.Average footfall of rooms was over 5,000 unique listeners. My rooms were one of the most successful, recurring startup rooms during the peak of Clubhouse frequented by top entrepreneurs, mentors and investors!

The pandemic & subsequent lockdown helped me discover my passion for content creation. For almost a year, I created content on Youtube in the form of Live Streams, Daily Vlogs, Podcasts and Short-form content.The content I created ranged from Mythology to Pop Culture to Entrepreneurship. My channel was an extension of all the things that I was passionate about and in less than a year I managed to create a thriving community that continues to stay active on Discord and Instagram long after the content stopped coming.While I no longer intend to create content full time as I did during the year in lockdown, I am grateful for the opportunity to take a gap year and do something like this.I continue to create content during my free time as a hobby.

Founded a bootstrapped travel-tech start-up which simplified travel planning through an AI based software.● Built key partners ranging from accommodation, transportation, activities etc using which we curated over 20+ unique travel experiences for International travellers to better explore India. This was done by travelling to various keys locations such as Jaipur & Rishikesh to personally establish these partnerships and travel experiences.● Established marketing partners including OTAs, local travel agents and community leaders which generated 80% of our total leads.● Converted over 10% of generated leads which was much higher than industry standards by ensuring high quality of inbound leads along with setting up a CRM that allowed us to track all ongoing sale cycles.● Handled the on-ground logistics of all travel projects.● Directly responsible for the entire customer cycle of our customers.● Established multiple processes to ensure customer satisfaction and a high rate of advocacy.

A backpacking hostel in Chattarpur, New Delhi with the vision of providing a home like place for travellers from around the world.● Managed the experience of over 1000+ guests from around the world. ● Built key partnerships with travel companies, online travel agents and more to ensure 75%+ hostel bookings which was way better than industry standard.● Partnered with event promoters and travel companies to sell additional services to guests to generate multiple sources of revenue.

Asmat is an organization started by a group of students from Lady Shri Ram College in 2012. The aim of this organization was to bring development in rural villages through sessions on literacy, financial literacy, hygiene, and more.During my cohort, we were responsible for establishing the project in a totally new village of Darewala in Sirsa, Haryana.This meant researching all previously conducted cohorts in Soda Village, Rajasthan, and creating updated lesson/ session plans for villagers in this new village.I stayed in the village alongside a group of 13 other students for 14 days and we managed to successfully establish the first-ever project in Darewala, Harayana.
