Hello! my name is Aryn Spaulding and I am currently pursuing a degree in Recreation and Sport Management, and my ultimate goal is to become a Pit Crew member in the thrilling world of motorsports. What sets me apart from other aspiring pit crew members? first and foremost, I bring a unique perspective to the table with my experience in Rugby. Rugby has instilled in me valuable skills such as teamwork, communication and the ability to perform under pressure. These skills are essential when working in a high stress environment like a pit crew. Furthermore, my education in Recreation and Sport Management has provided me a foundation in understanding the complexity of the sports industry. This valuable knowledge gained will help me excel as a pit crew member and will contribute to the overall success of a motorsports team. Lastly, my strong background in fitness has physically conditioned me for a fast paced, high-pressure and physically demanding environment such as a pit crew member. Being in peak physical condition allows me to perform at my best but also helps maximize the success for the team.
