As Associate Director, Aryo blends visionary leadership with technical finesse to steer our projects. Aryo orchestrates innovative urban design, strategic planning, and sustainable development, leading projects from concept to realization. Aryo's dynamic approach integrates operational excellence with astute business acumen, fostering growth and connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Aryo initiated the Bumbata Initiative, a knowledge-sharing platform, to cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team. Notably, Aryo catalyzed digital transformation at AECOM Indonesia, enabling seamless hybrid work experiences.

As a Lecturer in the Architecture Studio, I specialize in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and professional practice. My expertise in urban design enhances the architectural curriculum, providing students with a comprehensive understanding that prepares them for the complexities of modern urban environments. I am passionate about integrating urban design principles into architectural education, ensuring that our future architects are well-equipped to create innovative and sustainable solutions for our cities.

In Townland, Aryo lead a focus team as a part of the Master Planning Division. He acts both as an urban designer and a project manager. As an urban designer, he is involved in the design process from the baseline study and analysis, conceptual stage, design development, until finalization. As a project manager, he is responsible to manage the resources and quality to meet the schedule. He is also in charge to communicate with the client to make sure that the design is suit their needs.

Aryo served as a Lecturer Assistant for the 3rd Architecture Undergraduate Studio, specializing in urban scene architecture. In this capacity, Aryo adeptly guided and supported a cohort of students throughout their studio assignment. Aryo skillfully led group discussions, provided valuable insights, and conducted constructive critiques during the final presentation, contributing significantly to the students' comprehensive learning experience.

Engaged as an Assistant Researcher, Aryo played an instrumental role in facilitating international research collaboration and workshops between Universitas Indonesia and the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature (RIHN), Tokyo. The workshop served as a platform for scholars from Indonesia and Japan to collectively address urban scene challenges in the Indonesia context. Aryo's contributions extended to aiding the principal researcher in the meticulous preparation of papers, presentations, and publications, thereby contributing significantly to the successful execution and dissemination of collaborative research efforts.

In the role of an internship student, Aryo assumes the responsibility of supporting the project manager and immersing oneself in the realm of project management and monitoring. Aryo plays a pivotal role in ensuring the project adheres to predetermined schedules and quality benchmarks, actively participating in the pursuit of these objectives. Through this experience, Aryo gains valuable insights and practical knowledge in effective project management practices.
