GraduateNU• Led a team of 6 developers and 2 designers to deliver a successful rewrite of GraduateNU's core services and launch both Alpha and Beta versions within ~10 months of part-time work(10 hours/week).• Actively gathered user feedback through user interviews and accessible feedback channels, enabling us to iterate on the application and address user suggestions, bug reports, and feature requests.• Orchestrated a highly anticipated Beta version launch, resulting in an influx of ~2300 unique visits and ~400 user sign-ups within just 1 week.

GraduateNU• Led a super talented group of developers to redesign and rewrite GraduateNU's core services, resulting in enhanced performance, scalability, and user experience. • Collaborated with the Project Lead to scope out technical work in sprints.

GraduateNU• Collaborated with a team of developers to continue the development of a platform that allows students to plan out their classes and degree at Northeastern.• Implemented a NestJS server with JWT authentication support to persist student and plans data.• Setup production and staging infrastructure that runs the server and frontend application in Docker containers on AWS ECS.

Data Infra, Privacy• Streamlined onboarding new users onto Meta’s internal privacy tool by designing and implementing a feature that surfaces potential privacy conflicts.• Surfaced key privacy concerns for users by implementing a set of tools that highlight areas with relaxed privacy enforcement.• Drastically reduced time spent by oncall engineers on privacy violations by initiating, leading, and delivering a cross team project to revamp the debugging tool from the ground up.

Storage Gateway, VM Backups• Solved network congestion issues caused by AWS backup gateway by owning and delivering a schedule-based bandwidth rate limiting solution.• Designed and implemented the feature within a distributed system in Java using object oriented design patterns.• Collaborated with PMs, designers, and security engineers for the design and release of the feature.

Rooted Living• Led a team of 6 engineers to build a full-stack mobile application for an e-commerce start-up selling sustainable plant-based snacks.• Collaborated with the Project Lead to define and delegate technical tasks based on the project roadmap.• Established development best practices, and code quality standards through thorough code reviews and testing processes.• Supported and mentored engineers on React, Nest, and the client-server architecture.

Provider Applications• Spearheaded the development of a UI library in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.• Developed, tested, and shipped full stack product features for provider applications in NextJS(React), TypeScript, Jest, and AWS.
