Dedicated to shaping the future through education, I am currently pursuing my MPhil in Education Leadership & Management, driven by a profound commitment to enhancing learning environments. My journey began with a focus on foundational skills back in 2019, as I taught as a prospective teacher during my B.Ed.(Hons.) practicums as an English Language teacher. My research topic was, "The challenges presented by the Covid-19 pandemic, my research centered on understanding and addressing the obstacles faced by both teachers and students at the elementary level. This endeavor not only illuminated critical issues but also fueled my passion for advocating inclusive and resilient educational practices.At Fatima Jinnah Women's University, I had the privilege of sharing insights as an instructor, offering a short course that aimed to empower future educators, "learn a skill and be your own boss". Seeking to combine practical experience with academic rigor, I am poised to leverage my expertise in education leadership and management to drive positive change in learning communities.
