Responsible for troubleshooting and timely solutions of desktop, network and manufacturing software and hardware malfunctions over four manufacturing locations remotely or on site.

I supervised the technical support hotline for UWM, I managed staffing problems, a 24 hour computer lab and the problems arising from having such a facility open 24 hours a day. I wrote training documentation and was an instructor for training sessions. Concurrently I was also working as a tier 3 technician for Desktop Support, another branch of STS.
