Initially one of the firm's research associates, she is sensitive to the range of specific skills and intangible qualities required by today's organizations. Previously, Allison coordinated convention services for the Greater Vancouver Convention and Visitors Bureau, an experience that provided firsthand knowledge about working with diverse stakeholders and clients. On the community front, Allison is a Commissioner and Past Chair of the North Vancouver Recreation Commission. Specialties: I bring over fourteen years of experience in the executive search field and work with a wide array of clients in the public and private sectors. I lead our search teams on a variety of assignments and am involved in every facet of a project. While my experience is wide and varied in terms of the sectors and fields I've worked in, I am known for my ability to work with large and diverse selection committees and for my ability to bring a strategic, creative approach to each search that I conduct.
