Establishing a defined system in organizations and projects, managing in principle and controlling the scope of the project along with setting goals and balancing the demands of stakeholders, quality, time and cost, adapting to the specifications and characteristics demanded to achieve the goals of stakeholders as well as the ability to work as a team and team leadership and the power to resolve conflicts, concerns and manage changes are among my job goals.
