Brussels Vintage Market is probably the unmissable event for retro fans in Brussels. This market offers various creators and diversifies even further offers other events such as the Christmas market, the sale by the kilo but also special editions with sportswear & street-wear events. Here is an overview of my responsibilities as a Junior Event Manager :• I've created email campaigns, content on social media platforms as a community manager & written press releases for the announcement of the events. • I've designed and executed the programs, posters, signs with Canva, as well as the communication relating to the Vintage Per Kilo event. • I also did the whole project management of the Christmas Market & the Vintage Per Kilo event :- I've contacted various prospects and potential partners.- I've searched to rent events venue for future events.- I've rented the equipment for the events.- I've searched for volunteers and future collaborators.- Basic Event Management : gave help to install the equipment, organized the management of the cloakroom as well as the music played during the event, check if all the booths are installed, etc.- Community Management of the events : the creation of live content on Facebook and stories on the Instagram page.- I did the closure of those two events with the support of the Brussels Vintage Market team.
