Managing Erdemir Group’s IronGuard SAP GRC Access Control and Iron Man SAP Landscape Modernisation Projects as a technical project manager. Within the framework of the Iron Man Project, all the SAP systems (ERP, HR, Enterpirse Portal, NW PI / XI) used by the Erdemir Group were upgraded to latest available version. SAP S/4 HANA FINANCE activated in the ERP system. The databases of all environment were migrated from Oracle to HANA. The entire hardware infrastructure has been modernised to meet the current needs. All systems were installed to provide high availability requirements of business processes. Disaster recovery centers are prepared.Under the Ironguard SAP GRC AC project, all user roles of the group companies have been evaluated and re-edited according to the assignment of tasks and segregation of duties. Access Risk Analysis, Access Request Management, Role Management and FireFighter modules were commissioned in line with the needs of the group.Determining the conditions for SAP support services to be received from third parties.Checking the suitability of the services being received to the specified rules.Searching and positioning new SAP products in accordance with group companies’ needs.Planning license, hardware and software requirements of SAP systems. Controlling license usage, regularly.Supporting the purchasing department during the software and hardware procurement processDetermining SAP systems’ managing policies according to audit and security requirements.Consulting and educating group companies’ s Information Technology departments about SAP system related issues.
