About Arzu Esendemir

Please check out my new project: THUMB BREAD® (thumbbread.com), a proprietary bread I created in 2007 to serve in my fast-casual restaurants. We are now launching into retail, food service, hospitality, and other outlets. Feel free to message me for sample requests!1/3 of the sister team that founded the fast-casual Mediterranean concept, Flatbread Grill® in 2007. I was responsible for developing brand identity and executing business operations. I have extensive experience leading, managing, and directing a team within the foodservice industry. I love coming up with new ideas, implementing them, as well as overcoming challenges by finding viable, sustainable solutions. I created the proprietary recipe for Thumb Bread®, launching in the CPG space in 2021. I've made millions of pieces of it personally, by hand, for my restaurant locations. I have hands-on experience in all facets of owning and operating a restaurant, including cooking in the kitchen, as well as building out restaurant locations.
