My professional life started in 2020 at Gabfoods as an accountant and social media manager.Afterwards, I started to work in the Cooklife brand, which includes 3 brands, and I am still working there. Cooklife has the brands Casa Cooklife Cafe, Cooklife Garden and Kita Living.In the first one, to name it Casa Cooklife, I am working as the restaurant's purchasing agent who is responsible for the quality product procurement, monthly cost calculation, menu price determination, accounting background work, understanding the wishes of the employees and in this sense. I am also responsible in the product research and development, planning activities for the motivation of the employees, thinking about and getting new design products for the cafe. The design products I am responsible for procurement are such as, hangers, flowers, flower pots etc. I am also a member of the team who is working in the decision making processes.Cooklife Garden works like an agent to identify local and seasonal products, to pursue local producers, to visit certain regions of Turkey by meeting and touching the producers one-on-one. It develops and produces seasonal products, and supplies materials for the products to be produced (jars, tins, labels, etc.) and sales in accordance with the brand determining. I am working as a central member for the product selling and planning events for the use of products.I am also planning and organizing the photo-shootings of the products that will be released in the season accordingly.The other brand that I am working for is Kita Living. We are producing Japandi style exclusive furniture under the label of Kita Living. I am responsible for the researching materials to use as boxes, prints, labels, separators suitable for products in Kita Living brand.I am responsible in finding suitable suppliers for furniture products, and working actively in the process of purchasing, logistics operations, order creation customer invoice issuance, product shipping organization and planning.Also, I am highly motivated and proactive. I think that I will strengthen the motivation of the people working with my talkativeness and warmth.I love following local and global restaurants, for which I love tasting their food and new products. I love to create eating and drinking routes. I love to eat and cook which makes me feel creative in designing menus. I often try to plan some routes for myself. I like being aware of the world politically, culturally and socially. And this also makes my work more correlate and up-to-date.
