I'm always most happy when everything goes the way you plan, organize, anticipate obstacles, arrange stages, monitor progress, remove obstacles and when you reach the finish line, everyone celebrates the achievement of the goal, but todays life is a step ahead and to anticipate everything in order to achieve the goal you need not only experience but also intuition, team support, faith, and to predict nature would be useful. Therefore personal characteristics related to warehouse logistics, parallel supply and closely related other departments ,helped me understand how much effort needs to be put into achieving a common goal. I really know and believe that there are no unnecessary tools, you just need to use them properly. Being responsible, looking for different answers, decisions, communicating with different people, allowed to move forward, grow in career, and today, sharing experience and showing companies the solutions that bring them profit, is a pleasure. I am an individual looking for an opportunity within the warehouse industry and possibly change qualification into HR. Why HR ? I always worked side by side with the personnel department, I had to put together several teams, create motivational systems, communicate with different people, organize different events and etc. Voluntarily experienced the cultural shock of other country, understanding of labor market, management methods, allowed to feel the other side of the coin as well.
