- Participate in the creation of the department's strategic and annual operational and financial plans;- Plan, organize and control maintenance of buildings and premises according to fire prevention, work safety and sanitation requirements;- Plan, organize electricity, gas, heating, water supply, sewage system, ventilation, fire and security alarm systemstroubleshooting and maintenance;- Plan, organize the repair of internal premises, control its progress;- Organization of purchases, supervision of commercial projects;- Company's real estate, current and capital repairs estimates, coordinate them with the company's management;- Plan, organize and control the work of subordinate employees, carry out activities, monitoring, organizing meetings;- Represent the company's interests in cooperation with communications, electricity, watersupply and other utilities providing companies;
