My past years as a Substance Abuse Counselor; CASAC-T/Case Manager in mental health, criminal justice/substance abuse based and foster care programs have provided me with the knowledge of administrating screenings, intakes, orientations, assessments, psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, discharge summaries, as well as advocating for clients, in which has empowered me with the effectiveness to perform case management in mentioned modalities of social services. Within these past years these experiences has given me the opportunity to serve homeless families and individuals living with HIV/AIDS, mental illness, domestic violence, substance abuse and addictions.
