I have been a hospitality industry veteran for over 20 years, in a range of roles. I have gained a unique experience within the industry. My relevant management experience evolved into me setting up and operating my own various hospitality venues and businesses. This gave great insight into the production & manufacturing side of the industry. After working with many producers and wholesalers, the ability to create and develop brands and products became something I strived to attain. Whilst working closely with some great partnerships in business, I have been a part of developing brands, from development of a concept, right through to production, branding and logistics to market.
