Work in concert with program leaders to develop and deliver education and training content on Cancer Programs accreditation standards and processes, National Cancer Database tools and uses, and other program areas in support of internal staff, site reviewers, and external participants and leaders.

Coordinate Commission on Cancer activities and programs to achieve goals and support the mission of the Commission on Cancer. Member of the Cancer Program Leadership Team; guides budgeting efforts for the Department and overall management of $10 million budget.

Progressive experience in the Accreditation and Standards section resulted in attaining the Manager role for the section. Develop and oversee the multimillion dollar budget for the section; plan and manage all section activities including revising standards for cancer programs, completion of close to 500 onsite survey visits annually; educating and training the surveyor and consultant team; planning and conducting face to face workshops and webinars.
